RESIDENTIAL BUILDING INSPECTOR: Salary Range 22: $4,117.88 - $5,005.31 monthly
+ excellent benefits. FT Non-Exempt. Under the direction of the Building Official, this position serves as the Residential Building Inspector, responsible for reviewing residential building construction plans and inspecting residential structures during construction.

LIBRARIAN OR LIBRARY DIRECTOR: Salary Range 22: $3,932.71-$4,780.23 monthly + excellent benefits. FT Exempt. This position operates and supervises the library, provides a full spectrum of services, and maintains materials in a well-organized, welcoming, and smoothly functioning library environment.

Entry Level / Lateral Police Officer - $4,090 - $5,350 Monthly - The City of Warrenton Police Department is currently recruiting for two (2) regular full-time, non-exempt, represented Police Officers and to establish an eligibility list for anticipated future positions. The Warrenton Police Department has a service population of approximately 6,000.

The City of Warrenton is seeking a Librarian/Project Manager for a part time temporary position with the Warrenton Community Library.  This position will oversee the Library’s automation project which will include automating the Library, adding or merging catalog holdings to a shared integrated Library System using The Library Corporation, setting up circulation workflow preferences, training volunteers and staff on the use of the circulation and cataloging workflows, and generally overseeing the full automation project.  The Library currently holds approximately 20,000 items.

The City of Warrenton has a full-time, nonexempt position open for DEPUTY CITY RECORDER.

The City of Warrenton is accepting applications for a Warrenton Community Center Maintainer.  The maintainer ensures the community center is in good condition before and after each rental.  Duties include housekeeping/janitorial upkeep, paperwork, ordering supplies, and general light maintenance of the facility.  See application packet attached below.
