Community Library Board
The Library Board was established to operate a community-based library. The board members are expected to take an active part in the library operation and recommend to the City Commission rules and policies for the efficient and effective operation of the library, its services and programs.
The main qualification for a board member is sincere desire to help provide library services for our community. There are seven members on the board. The members serve on the board for four years and meetings are held quarterly, on the 2nd Wednesday (March/June/Sept./Dec.), at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.
