Parks Advisory Board

The Parks Board was created in 2005 to assist the City in development of a Parks Master Plan and to advise the City Commission regarding any matter relating to city parks; policies, activities, care of park assets, funding and development of parks.

The principle qualification for persons interested in serving on the Parks Board is an interest in the development and care of Warrenton’s Parks.  The Board is made up of a minimum of seven (7) members who shall serve a three year term.  The Parks Board meets on the 2nd Monday, every other month (Feb/April/June/August/October/December).
