PUBLIC MEETING ZOOM ACCESS

Public meetings will be conducted in the Commission Chambers unless otherwise noted. Public meetings are also audio and video live streamed. To find zoom information for a specific meeting, click the link below.

ZOOM INSTRUCTIONS

ONLINE MEETING

At the start of the Public Meetings you will be able to join our online Zoom meeting using your mobile or desktop device and watch the live video presentation.
Step 1: Click this link: https://zoom.us/ and click “Join a meeting” at the top of the page.
Step 2: If prompted, install the Zoom software on your mobile device, or join in a web browser.
Step 3: Enter the Meeting ID number and click the blue “Join” button. (If prompted, enter the Passcode)

*Note: Your device will automatically be muted when you enter the online meeting.

TELECONFERENCE

At the start of our Public Meetings you will be able to dial-in using your telephone to listen. (It will not be necessary to download software to listen by phone.)
Step 1: Call this number: 253-215-8782.          
Step 2: When prompted enter the Meeting ID number. (If prompted, enter the Passcode)

*Note: Your phone will automatically be muted when you enter the conference call.
