WARRENTON DOWNTOWN ACTION TEAM – VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE

GUEST SPEAKER-  Sheri Stuart, State Coordinator Oregon Main Street 

Please bring a friend that would enjoy hearing what our committee is working toward, as well as  what we’ve accomplished

We have plans to revitalize and beautify downtown Warrenton and Hammond.

1.  Mary Bosch, RDI Economic Vitality Consultant, will call the meeting to order

2. Mary will ask each committee member that has been working on a project to give a 2-3 minute report on what has happened/no discussion at this time

    example:  Pam:lights, letter to property owners, fish and chips at the Museum, high school help with projects?  Rick:  brown building, contacting prospective businesses and etc.

    Christine: removal of camps and clean up, improvements at the post office.  Norm nuisances and clean ups.   Tom :  contact with property owners that need assistance & clean up

     Kevin: Overall report on improvements of nuisance properties and goals

4.  Old business:  The committee recognized Main Street project from the Warren Mansion to the lumber yard at 1021 S Main Street.

5.  New business:  Mary has asked Brenda to tentatively act as Chairperson.  We have grown to the point we need officer’s and committee team leaders.
