Sign Up for Public Testimony

To sign up for public testimony please fill out the attached public comment card and submit it to the secretary in person no later than 6:00pm the day of the meeting. If you would like to submit written comments or comment by Zoom, please submit your comment card to the secretary by email no later than 4:00pm the day of the meeting. All comments will be addressed to the whole Planning Commission and limited to 3 minutes per person. The Planning Commission reserves the right to delay any action, if required, until such time as they are fully informed on a matter.
