Go across Youngs Bay Bridge, take a right turn at the intersection of Hwy 101 and Harbor Drive (Shilo Inn is on your right). Stay on Harbor Drive until you reach the 4-way stop in Warrenton, you will take a left turn at this intersection onto S. Main. Follow S. Main to 2nd St. and make a right turn. Follow 2nd St. to SW Alder Ave. and make a left turn. Follow SW Alder Ave to 3rd St. and make a right turn. The Community Center will be on your left as you enter the parking area.

Warrenton Urban Renewal District Plan

The City of Warrenton Urban Renewal Plan has been prepared to further encourage infill, rehabilitation and redevelopment that is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Regulations adopted by the Warrenton City Commission. The Renewal Plan is intended to guide the provision of infrastructure necessary for the orderly and proper improvement and redevelopment of the District.

Warrenton Urban Renewal Report

The City of Warrenton Urban Renewal Report has been prepared to provide the essential background information on the area to the Urban Renewal Agency, the City of Warrenton Planning Commission and City Commission, and the citizens of the community. The report has been prepared to comply with State law regarding Urban Renewal (ORS 457.085). It is intended to be used in conjunction with the Warrenton Urban Renewal Plan. The capitalized headings at the beginning of each major section of this report directly correspond to the information required by ORS 457.

Cans or dumpsters cannot be overfilled.

Lids must be completely closed.

The maximum weight for each residential container is 150 pounds.

Be sure all loose garbage is bagged, including animal waste.

Items or bags placed next to or on top of container will not be picked up.

Cardboard and glass recycling is available near SW 1st Street and the Warrenton Post Office.
