The City of Warrenton is seeking quotes for the repainting of the City Hall building located at 225 S Main Ave, Warrenton, Oregon 97146. The selected contractor will be responsible for the preparation of the building for paint application, power washing the building in preparation for paint, painting the upper exterior siding, including the trim, painting the pillars, painting the fire department tower of the City Hall building located at 225 S Main Ave, Warrenton, Oregon 97146.

The goal is to have this project completed by October 10, 2024. Bid responses will be accepted until 5:00 pm on September 6, 2024.

Statements made by any City of Warrenton representative are not binding unless confirmed by a written addendum. Late bids will not be considered. The carrier, including the United States Postal Service, is considered an agent of the bidder. If the total bid exceeds $50,000.00, the contract will be subject to Prevailing Wage Statute ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The contract is not subject to federal prevailing wage rates under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq). Bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractor’s Board as required by ORS 701.055 and comply with the requirements of ORS 701.035 to 701.055 prior to submission of a bid. A City of Warrenton business license is required and can be obtained through the City Hall Office at 503-861-0823. Bidders must be qualified under the applicable parts of ORS 279C to submit a bid for public works in Oregon.
