Request for Qualification -- Water Seismic Assessment and Risk Mitigation Plan
The City of Warrenton is seeking qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive Seismic Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan for our water systems. This project is crucial for ensuring the resilience and reliability of our water infrastructure in the event of a seismic event. Completion of this project will fulfill the remaining requirements to certify our Water Master Plan, created in 2018, as stipulated by the Oregon Health Authority.
Each responding firm will email the City point of contact shown below affirming they intend to submit a proposal. Include submitting firm’s point of contact information. All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are required in writing, via email, to:

THE LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS IS FOUR (4) BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE.
Please prepare and submit an original plus two (2) copies of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to:

It is the City's intent to preselect a firm or individual after review and evaluation of the proposals.
This Request for Proposals does not obligate the City to award a Contract, nor to proceed with the development of any project described in response to this Request for Proposals.
