The following are preliminary results for City of Warrenton Public Works Projects bid in June 2016;

Street Overlay Project 2016 – Otak Project No.  67411.010 – The public bid opening was held on June 21, 2016 at 2:00 PM, at which time there was 1 bid submitted.  The apparent low bidder is for the Street Overlay Project 2016 is Bayview Transit Mix, Inc. with a total for base bid items of $189,741.50 and a total for additive bid items of $68,143.60 for a grand total of $257,885.10. 

SW 3rd Street Improvement Project – Otak Project No. 67411.041 – The public bid opening was held on June 28, 2016 at 2:00 PM, at which time there were 2 bids submitted.  The apparent low bidder for the SW 3rd Street Improvement Project is Big River Construction, Inc. with a total for base bid items of $119,989.00.  The apparent second lowest bidder is North Pacific Excavation with a total for base bid items of $124,542.11.

Delaura Beach Lane – Bike Path – Otak Project No. 67411.042 – The public bid opening was held on June 29, 2016 at 2:00 PM, at which time there were 2 bids submitted.  The apparent low bidder for the Delaura Beach Lane – Bike Path is North Pacific Excavation with a total for base bid items of $125,840.85.  The apparent second lowest bidder is Big River Construction, Inc. with a total for base bid items of $145,196.00.
