Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit statements of qualifications (SOQ) from firms or individuals capable of providing a project scope for the design and bid phase services for the Hammond Transmission Waterline Project. This project includes approximately 10,200 LF of 18-in diameter C905 (DR18) pipeline from the east terminus of NW 13th St. to the intersection of Lake Dr. and Pacific Dr.
