The Warrenton City Commission will hold an executive session before its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at 5:15 p.m. The executive session is under the authority of ORS 192.660(2)(h); to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation to be filed; and ORS 192.660(2)(e); to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to conduct real property transactions.
