Lien Searches

In accordance with ORS 93.643 the City is required to record certain liens in the County Clerk’s office or provide access by an online electronic medium. The City of Warrenton contracts with the Net Asset Corporation to provide internet access to a system called Conduits. This is a fee based service that most subscribers such as title companies, escrow agents, financial institutions, and real estate professionals utilize in performing searches as part of real estate transactions.

The current lien search fee is $20.00 for each property search performed.

Transient Room Tax Forms-Monthly

Most businesses report quarterly.  Only use monthly forms if you have been notified by the Tax Administrator that you are a monthly reporter.

Transient Room Tax Forms

Any operator renting rooms or space, for periods of less than 30 days, for lodging or sleeping purposes in the City of Warrenton shall collect a tax from the occupant, known as Transient Room Tax. The amount of this tax is 12% of the rent charged by the operator. Each operator shall collect the tax imposed at the same time as the rent is collected from every transient.
