Request for Proposal-Insurance Agent of Record Services

Notice is hereby given that the City of Warrenton is seeking proposals from qualified agencies for Insurance Agent Services. 

The request for proposal documents are available from the City of Warrenton, Finance Department, 225 S Main Ave., PO Box 250, Warrenton, OR  97146, (503)861-2233 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, or can be found at the link below. 

Proposals will be received until, but not after 4:00 p.m. on November 21, 2018 at the City of Warrenton address listed above.   Proposals that are received after the closing time will not be accepted for any reason and will be returned unopened.   Delivery to an office other than the office identified above is not acceptable.

The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so.

The City of Warrenton Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the City.
