Notice of Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Warrenton, Clatsop County, State of Oregon,
to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, will be held at Warrenton
City Hall.  The meeting will take place on the 9th day of May, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.  The purpose of
the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. 
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 26, 2019 at Warrenton
City Hall between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Subsequent meetings to discuss the budget, if needed, will be held on May 16, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. and
May 23, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.  Please call City Hall to inquire whether these meetings will be held.

These are public meetings where deliberation of the budget committee will take place.  Any person
may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the budget committee.
