Public Hearing Notice - November 12, 2024
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at Warrenton City Hall, 225 S. Main Avenue, Warrenton, to give residents the opportunity to comment on a Procurement Exemption Consideration – Kennedy Jenks for Design of the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Those wishing to testify on this request may attend the public hearing and submit a comment card prior to the start of the meeting. Written comments must be received no later than 4:00 PM on the day of the hearing, and may be submitted to Dawne Shaw, City Recorder, P.O. Box 250, Warrenton Oregon, 97146-0250; or emailed to dshaw@warrentonoregon.us.
Warrenton City Hall is accessible to the disabled. An interpreter for the hearing impaired may be requested under the terms of ORS 192.630 by contacting Dawne Shaw, City Recorder, at 503-861-0823 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting so appropriate assistance can be provided.
