NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF SE 11th STREET
Notice is hereby given that on February 17, 2023, the City of Warrenton received a petition for a Street Vacation from Don Hall for a portion of SE 11th Street, more particularly described as:
A 70-foot-wide portion of SE 11th Street (Formerly known as 16th Street) located in the Southeast One Quarter of Section 22, Township 8 North, Range 10 West of the Willamette Meridian, in the City of Warrenton, County of Clatsop, State of Oregon.
A public hearing on this request will be conducted by the Warrenton City Commission at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, in the Commission Chambers at Warrenton City Hall, 225 S. Main Avenue, Warrenton. Any interested person may appear or present written or oral statements, in favor of, or in opposition to, said vacation. Any written remonstrance filed with the City prior to the time of hearing will be presented to the City Commission for its consideration.
