Executive Session - Public Notice

The Executive Session that is listed on the agenda as after the June 8, 2021 meeting agenda has been moved up to 5:30 p.m. Please refer to the notice below. 
 

The Warrenton City Commission will hold an executive session before its regular meeting on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at 5:30 p.m.  The executive session is under the authority of ORS 192.660(2)(f); to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection, and ORS 192.660(2)(h); to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.

Executive Sessions are not open to the public.
