City Commission Executive Session & Special Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE 

WARRENTON CITY COMMISSION 

EXECUTIVE SESSION & SPECIAL MEETING – 6/6/23 

The Warrenton City Commission will hold an executive session and special meeting on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 6:00pm. The executive session is authorized under the authority of ORS 192.660(2)(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions. The special meeting will commence immediately after the executive session and is to consider a City of Warrenton lease agreement. The meeting location is Warrenton City Hall, Commission Chambers, 225 S Main Ave, Warrenton, Oregon. Executive Sessions are not open to the public. Special meetings are open to the public.  

The Warrenton City Hall is accessible to the disabled.  An interpreter for the hearing impaired may be requested under the terms of ORS 192.630 by contacting Dawne Shaw, City Recorder, at 503-861-0823 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting so appropriate assistance can be provided.
