Public Notice - City Mini Storage Units

The City of Warrenton is giving public notice that all unclaimed and/or claimed but unpaid storage fees to the City of Warrenton are now owing and past due for the below-listed storage unit(s) in the City’s Storage Facility, located at 60 NE Iredale, Warrenton OR 97146 is in default due to non-payment of the Storage Unit Fees established by Resolution No. 2669. The delinquent Storage Unit Fees constitute a lien upon the property contained in the below-listed storage unit(s). If the City does not receive payment of the delinquent Storage Unit Fees ON OR BEFORE JULY 19, 2024, then the City will foreclose upon the liens and the contents of the below-listed storage unit(s) will be advertised and sold by the City in order to satisfy the liens. The foreclosure sale will take place August 23^rd 2pm at 60 NE Iredale, Warrenton OR 97146.
